I HAVE TOO MANY BOOKS.

And they're not even all packed. You never question the volume of your library until you're forced to move it from one place to another. Whew.

When I moved to Colorado a couple years ago, I made the mistake of counting mine as I packed...more than 8600. Since I've lived here, I've run out of space on all the bookcases I had to buy, so I know your pain. You can take comfort in the fact that you don't spend 50 hours a week in the place that deeds your addiction like I do. =)
