I HAVE TOO MANY BOOKS.

And they're not even all packed. You never question the volume of your library until you're forced to move it from one place to another. Whew.

I HAVE TOO MANY BOOKS.

WHAT IS THIS SENTENCE IS IT ENGLISH IT MAKES NO SENSE TO ME

I know what you mean, though. I once sold an entire houseful of books rather than move them cross-country.

...and now my house is full again.

is that The Beekeeper's Apprentice?

Eee! You've read it? With all the Holmes mania going around lately, I feel like I should re-read the whole series.

I haven't kept up with the last two, however. I keep waiting for them to come out in trade paperback form.

Too many books? NO. SUCH. THING.

My hobby is becoming a serious logistical problem, though. XD

I don't believe I understand. All those words are from the English language, but together I don't think they're correct. I think you want to eliminate the "too."

I HAVE MANY BOOKS.

Yes you do, love. Yes you do. :)

I love you, you enabler.

[identity profile] antiquitea.livejournal.com 2009-12-30 11:41 pm (UTC)(link)
Love you too! ♥ See? Appropriate use of the word "too!"

When I moved to NYC my mom looked at me and said "You cannot bring all of these." Broke my heart into itty bitty pieces.

[identity profile] katernater.livejournal.com 2009-12-30 11:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, Ally. How did you decide what to bring and what not? O_o

[identity profile] awesomesquared.livejournal.com 2009-12-31 02:26 am (UTC)(link)
I only brought the books I hadn't read yet.

...and then I proceeded to buy about fifteen more while I lived in the city. I NEED HELP.

[identity profile] hannahrorlove.livejournal.com 2009-12-31 12:06 am (UTC)(link)
No, your sentence is incomplete: "I have too many books for the current living space to accommodate comfortably or move easily."

[identity profile] gracielu.livejournal.com 2009-12-31 12:24 am (UTC)(link)
When I moved to Colorado a couple years ago, I made the mistake of counting mine as I packed...more than 8600. Since I've lived here, I've run out of space on all the bookcases I had to buy, so I know your pain. You can take comfort in the fact that you don't spend 50 hours a week in the place that deeds your addiction like I do. =)

If you are still lacking in "Dresden Files", you are not having enough books! XD
