Does anyone else remember that (short-lived) TV show, Eerie, Indiana? What the sodding hell was that thing about, anyway? I believe it was an Are You Afraid of the Dark-esque program than ran at, like, five AM on Saturdays. You know, when us 80s progeny had just gotten up to eat our sugar-crusted breakfasts.

I remember having so many crackpot ideas when I was a kid. For instance, I thought my bike was a horse. Really. I'm not talking about just nurturing a fantasy here; I'm talking about "shoving carrots into the wheel spokes" crazy.

I also remember being excited that Regan got re-elected.

Thank god I've grown up since then.

Believe it or not

I just saw that show just a few months ago, with its 80 year old host, dressed up like a scary monster (who wanted his applesauce because he has trouble chewing). At the end of the show, he lied down in a coffin. I swear, he didn't get out of that thing. That was probably his last show before they lowered him in the ground and threw dirt on him.
