Yah, I know :) It's been a while since I've paid attention to anything X-Men, so that's why I went GAAAAASP at my moment of realization. I didn't know they were going to include Nightcrawler's origins.

I suspect he is, however, a bad guy. I didn't know who he was either until one of my student workers was watching the trailer with me and shrieked "OMGAZAELNIGHTCRAWLERSPOPIWANNASEEIT" or something to that effect. I'm interested to see it, although I'm not all that keen on the younger versions of Xavier and Eric (I like their older counterparts a LOT) and I sometimes feel old and foolish watching the trailer because I know literally none of the actors in this by either name or face.

Also can I say it's nice to read a series of comments about this that doesn't devolve into people screaming "faggot" because of the Gentleman's Club/Bed scene?
