I really need to buy some bluejeans.

I kind of want to get those skinny jeans so I can wear them with my red Converse, but I don't want people to look at me and think, "That girl is trying to look like a hipster. She is so clearly not a hipster. A real hipster would be wearing Wayfarers and think that Paul Giamatti's performance in Sideways, while snubbed by the Academy (those bastards), was one of the most compellingly honest performances of our time."

Or maybe they'll just be, like, "Hey. Cool jeans."

While hipsters are annoying, I'd say just get/wear what you want. As long as it makes you happy it doesn't matter.

In other words, I love skinny jeans. Black, blue, grey, dark blue, light blue, um. In fact, I haven't worn a pair of not!skinnys in ... ohgod, Idek.

No one will care or judge. And those who do? Are so not even worth your getting self-conscious about. So I say wear what you want and wear it with confidence. :D

Holy crap hipsters are annoying. Halifax is full of them because we have ~prestigious art colleges~. I find I dress like a hipster on occasion, but only because a particular item strikes my fancy and I'll look decent wearing it. Hipsters don't own their fashion, the individuals that wear it do!

Wear what you want and worry not about the hipsters! I think you'd look wicked awesome with some skinny jeans and your Converse. :)

The latter is probably what they'll think, really. Hipsters have the tendency of being a bit stoned and thinking in simple sentences.

Or maybe that's just the Texas hipsters. I don't know, I don't get out much.

Bluejeans and Chucks were made for each other, yo! They're like PB&J, except you wouldn't wear PB&J because that's gross, and you might get ants.

Yeah - the other question - how much $$ do you want to spend? B/c there's like, Lucky brand, which are $$$$, then there are Levi's which are $$, then, like, Wal-Mart which would be $, but not good quality.
