Yes, that's what the tv programme said! And is also v good for the joints and stuff, like low stress? So even if you're overweight (which many of the women on the programme were) you can do it without causing your joints stress? Which is cool and stuff. I thought about trying it but the thought of having to bare my legs without tights or leggings scared me off. ;)
