One equal temper of heroic hearts

I was just talking to someone the other day about how much teachers and nurses really get the shaft. Like, my mom, for example. She's a nurse. She's the hardest working, more dedicated, most open-hearted person I know. She works 70-80 hours a week taking care of people who just piss away their money on luxury cars, tropical vacations and expensive handbags. But she doesn't complain. She does her job -- even gets satisfaction out of it. Says she can't imagine herself doing anything else.

I'd put her name in for sainthood if I could.
