My only serious relationship ended in a broken collarbone and a dead meerkat.

Listen to this and tell me that it doesn't make you want to run out and see "Run, Fat Boy, Run" this very instant. My god, Simon Pegg and Dylan Moran in the same movie; it makes me want to scream. I need to find Black Books. Soon.

There are too many people in this office. 'Makes it almost impossible to stare off into space without looking suspicious.

I'm sure you know, but just on the off chance you somehow missed it, you do know Dylan Moran and Simon Pegg are also both in Shaun of the Dead, yes? I know there are some people who still haven't seen it (somehow), so I'm just making sure! :)

Shaun Of The Dead is my favourite romantic zombie horror comedy!

You haven't seen Black Books? To the Batmobile! Dylan Moran is the apotheosis of awesome in it. Actually, so is everybody else too.

Just in case you are (were?) not aware: all three series of Black Books are available on DVD here in the US. Incidentally, I only just discovered series three was now available. They managed to slip that by me, drat it all. Now I must be a good consumer and buy it so I have them all rather than watch the episodes that I downloaded from bittorrent over a year ago.

While I'm thinking of British comedy: have you seen any stuff from the Mighty Boosh? It's a tad surreal (note: understatement) compared to Black books but I watched the first episode and I was instant-fangirl.
A bit from series two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fUSvXzYnQZM
