I swore I wasn't going to be one of those people who becomes totally dependent on their phone for all media content, eschewing their computers or, hell, even plain old conversation. But now, as ever, I'm eating my own binary code because my Palm Pre and I? Have become best friends. To the point where, if I'm out of range of it for a while, I start to wonder what it's up to.
By and large, having a phone like that is a good thing, especially for me, and especially of late, when I've been spending most afternoons at the library. There are less than three weeks left in the semester and everything is pretty much due at the same time. At least it's nearly over with. I'm in good standing, and it should be no problem for me to crank out three 10-12 page papers over the next few weeks. After that, it's a two-week break before summer classes start. I'm taking a Communications course, my TESOL observation and, in the second session, a class on the modern American presidency. (I also opted to take both the Intro to Hebrew and Hippies classes in the fall -- we'll see if the registrar lets me get away with it.)
Right. Off to tutor and then back here for the evening for more homework.
