Momma Dawn's Bubble Bread Recipe
- 3 tubes (12 oz.) biscuits
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup sugar (mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl)

- 1 1/2 sticks of margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

1. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces. Roll each piece in mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
2. Grease 1 bundt pan. Place rolled biscuit pieces in bottom of pan.
3. Mix margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan. Boil contents for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour caramel mixture over biscuits.
4. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
5. Cool ten minutes and turn out of pan.

Enjoy!

Monkey bread is best when it's eaten right out of the oven, but it will keep nicely for 2-3 days. Reheating in the microwave is okay -- best ten to fifteen seconds, maximum.
