Argh. So I get an e-mail from our editor telling me that our copy workshop has been cancelled, but he'd still like to see us tonight for a quick run-down of pending issues. Way to get my hopes up, man. I had a brief moment of squee before, you know, I read on further.

Law midterm went well today, I think. I skipped to the essay questions first (torts of privacy on the federal and state levels; variable obscenity laws) before backtracking to the true/false, matching and multiple choice. Spent most of last night and this morning studying, so I think I had a good feel for the material going in. I'm just glad that it's over.

ladamenoire! I got your card today! Thank you so much! It's so nice to get mail that's not a bursar's bill or an application for a credit card. *squishes*

No class tomorrow, so all I've really got on my plate for the rest of the week is work tomorrow night and an economics test on Friday afternoon. After that? The blissful release of spring break. I think I'm going to go home and have my hair trimmed and highlighted. That's what tax returns are good for, right?

I was talking to one of the girls in the newsroom today and she invited me to a Jewish celebration dinner during the week of St. Pat's. After dinner we'd be going to a traditional Jewish service. I'm very excited. Of course, after the dinner and the service, the whole newsroom is looking to go out and get royally sloshed in honor of St. Patrick's Day. I'm not sure if that's kosher, but I'm willing to give it a chance. XD

All right. Off to scrounge up some food before my (lamentable) meeting at 6:30.
